With over 25 years of corporate experience, Courtney Feider is the Founder of These Wild Humans, and the visionary creator of the Human Quotient™, a transformative approach to human-centered leadership. Not just a strategist or a coach, Courtney is a true leadership innovator, combining insights from neuroscience, emotional intelligence, and behavioral psychology to elevate executive impact. Her unique expertise in merging the psychology of leadership development with strategic business outcomes has driven transformative results for global Enterprise and SMB businesses.

Courtney advises C-Suite Executives, Executive Vice Presidents, Senior Leadership Teams and Boards, and high-potential Director-Level Executives, and she helps set strategy for Transformational Leadership Foundations at every leadership level with her multi-talented team. Courtney has a particular talent for guiding emerging high-potential leaders and teams on accelerated growth paths, and developing senior leaders who are undergoing transformational change. She excels in understanding an individual’s place on the leadership development spectrum, providing guidance and support as they enhance their leadership, emotional intelligence, and executive communication skills.
