Nearly every team organizes and schedules offsites, to take a step away from daily business, get to know each other, focus on high level goals, and leave refreshed and with a plan. In spite of good intentions and sometimes amazing destinations, these events are often in-effective, because they are missing a few key things: pre-event data analysis and excavation, intentional hands-on learning (not presentations) and applied activities, and follow up support to endorse and anchor tangible guiding principles as new practices. We customize plans ranging from 6 hours to 2 days, integrating with your strategic work or as a standalone, and we support you for 60 days in follow up.

BECOMING A WILD HUMAN: Women’s Leadership Retreat + Virtual Portal
This retreat is designed for women in business seeking to overcome burnout and regain balance. Built on the 2,800-year-old enneagram and our three pillars, participants will journey through listening, connecting, discovering, embodiment, and reclamation. Through nature-based practices, you’ll explore emotional resilience, self-sufficiency, and rituals that enhance personal and professional life, returning to work refreshed and empowered. All retreat participants receive 90 days of access to the Becoming a Wild Human Portal – a rich online library of audios and resources to reinforce practices and learning from the retreat.
